Cheesy pull-apart biscuits with a kick from green chiles and gooey cheese made in a snap with Bisquick mix. Ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 3/4 cup shredded pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese (3 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and generously spray 9 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Mix Bisquick with milk in a bowl until soft dough forms. Shape heaping teaspoonfuls of dough into 27 flat rounds.
  • Combine the chiles, cheese, and taco seasoning mix in a small bowl.
  • Lay one dough round on the work surface and spread about 1/2 teaspoon of chile mixture on top. Add another dough round followed by another 1/2 teaspoon of chile mixture and a third dough round. Put the stack in a muffin cup with the edges facing downwards, gently spreading out the edges. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough rounds and chile mixture.
  • Bake until golden brown for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
