Chili Dog Tacos

Elevate your hot dogs with zesty salsa and hearty pinto beans for a delicious and quick meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 1 can (16 oz) pinto beans, drained
  • 10 taco shells from 1 box (4.6 oz) Old El Paso™ Crunchy Taco Shells (12 Count)
  • 10 hot dogs
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (5 oz)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook ground beef in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked; drain any excess fat. Add salsa and beans, and cook until heated through.
  • Heat up the taco shells following the instructions on the box.
  • Brown hot dogs in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, turning frequently.
  • Fill each taco shell with a hot dog, followed by the ground beef mixture, cheese, and onion.
