Try this refreshing summer mango and pineapple soup, perfect for a side dish. Don't forget to add a lime slice for extra zest!
Ingredients:
  • 2 small champagne mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 cups chopped pineapple
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
Instructions:
  • In a blender, puree mangoes, pineapple, water, sugar, and lime juice until velvety. Pass through a fine-mesh strainer. Refrigerate the soup for 2 hours to chill.
