Chilli tuna dip

Make ahead tuna dip for stress-free party prep. Cheers to that!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 185g cans Thai chilli tuna in oil, chillies removed
  • 30g butter, at room temperature
  • 130g sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon, rind grated, juiced
  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed
  • 40.00 ml drained capers, finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely sliced
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • Bagel chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend together tuna, butter, sour cream, lemon rind, lemon juice, and garlic until creamy.
  • Add the capers, half of the shallots, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Chill for 2 hours, garnish with the rest of the shallots, and enjoy with bagel chips.
