Irresistible sweet chili tuna dip for dipping crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 200g tub Sour Cream
  • 185g canned tuna in spring water or oil, drained
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 20.00 ml savoury biscuit crumbs
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
  • Rice crackers, to serve
Instructions:
  • Blend tuna and sweet chilli together using a hand blender until smooth.
  • Fold in luscious sour cream with buttery biscuit crumbs.
  • Garnish with more sweet chili sauce and fresh coriander, then serve with rice crackers. Add salt and pepper to taste.
