Chinese garlic and ginger pork with snow peas

Create a flavorful Chinese pork stir-fry with garlic, ginger, and snow peas.
Ingredients:
  • 400.00 gm cooked Long Grain Rice
  • 400g lean pork, cut into small thin strips
  • 40.00 ml ginger, cut into fine strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 40.00 ml Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry
  • 84.00 gm light soy sauce (salt reduced)
  • 10.00 gm cornflour
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil or peanut oil
  • 500.00 ml snow peas, cleaned
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, washed and roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare SunRice Long Grain Rice following the package directions.
  • Combine the pork, ginger, garlic, wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, and corn flour in a bowl, and mix well.
  • Warm up some vegetable oil in a non-stick fry pan or wok.
  • Toss in the pork and snow peas, stir-fry swiftly.
  • Adjust seasoning to your liking, and if needed, simply add a few drops of water to achieve your desired sauce consistency.
  • In a bowl, layer SunRice Long Grain Rice with pork, then top with fresh spring onion and coriander for a vibrant finish.
