Ingredients:
  • 100.65 gm oyster sauce
  • 20.00 ml shao hsing (Chinese cooking wine) or sweet sherry
  • 63.75 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • In a jug, combine oyster sauce, wine, stock, oil, and sugar. Whisk with a fork until fully mixed.
