Chinese-style marinated chicken drumsticks in tangy stir-fry sauce. Marinate for moist, flavorful results. Perfect for entertaining or a quick weeknight dinner. Serve and impress!
Ingredients:
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • Taste Chinese stir-fry sauce
  • 3 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • Finely chopped green shallots, to sprinkle
  • Steamed rice to serve
Instructions:
  • Score the chicken drumsticks with a sharp knife and place them in an ovenproof dish. Add ginger and pour over the sauce, ensuring the chicken is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Turn the chicken using tongs and bake for 35-40 minutes, basting with the sauce occasionally, until golden brown.
  • Garnish generously with shallots and enjoy with fluffy steamed rice.
