Whip up a quick and flavorful Chinese pork stir-fry in 30 minutes with just 3 easy steps.
Ingredients:
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 20.00 ml ginger, finely grated
  • 800g Pork Spare Ribs
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 1 bunch baby buk choy, leaves separated
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 5cm lengths
  • Steamed long-grain rice, to serve
  • Long red chilli, sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a small jug. Then, pat the pork ribs dry with a paper towel and cut them into 2cm pieces diagonally along the bones. Transfer the ribs to a bowl and coat them with half of the soy sauce mixture.
  • In a hot wok, fry the pork in two batches until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes per batch.
  • Toss in the bok choy and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Add the rest of the soy sauce mixture and spring onion, then stir-fry until the spring onion just starts to wilt, about 1 minute. Serve with rice and a side of chili.
