Indulgent choc caramel puddings ready in just 15 minutes. Decadent chocolate sauce beneath a fluffy caramel pudding. Quick and easy dessert with rich, complex flavors. Microwave tip: use baking paper to prevent spills.
Ingredients:
  • 450g pkt Dessert Mix Indulgent Choc Caramel Self Saucing Pudding
  • 80g unsalted butter, melted
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) warm water
  • Icing sugar, to dust
  • Choc caramel ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine Taste pudding mix, egg, milk, and butter in a bowl, stirring gently with a wooden spoon until just mixed. Evenly distribute the mixture among four 435ml (1 3/4 cup) microwave-safe mugs.
  • Evenly sprinkle the Taste chocolate sauce mix over the pudding mixture, then pour 2 tablespoons of warm water over the top of the pudding.
  • Microwave each pudding on High until the top is firm when lightly touched, about 1 1/2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining puddings. Dust with icing sugar and serve topped with ice-cream.
