Choc crackle easter egg recipe

Decadent chocolate Easter egg treat.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml marshmallows
  • 40g butter, chopped
  • 1000.00 ml Coco Pops
  • 47.50 gm white chocolate melts, melted
  • Cachous, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the marshmallows and butter until thickened. Stir in the Coco Pops until combined. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and allow it to cool.
  • Cut out egg shapes using an egg-shaped cutter. Place the shapes on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over shapes and decorate with cachous.
