Choc-crackle popsicles

Irresistible Coco Pops and marshmallow popsicles for kids and adults alike.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml marshmallows
  • 40g butter, chopped
  • 1000.00 ml Coco Pops
  • Chocolate stars, to decorate
  • Edible coloured star sprinkles, to decorate
  • Freeze-dried strawberries, to decorate
  • Maraschino cherries, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine marshmallows and butter. Stir until melted and thickened. Mix in the Coco Pops. Allow to cool slightly before using.
  • Shape 1/2-cupfuls of mixture into ovals with slightly damp hands. Put them on 2 lined baking trays, and insert a paddle-pop stick in each. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Create a luxurious chocolate sauce by melting the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a simmering saucepan of water (ensuring no contact between the bowl and water). Generously drizzle the chocolate over the popsicles and garnish with chocolate stars, colorful edible stars, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and vibrant maraschino cherries.
