Choc-crunch banana ice-cream sundae

Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml hot fudge chocolate-flavoured topping (we used Cadbury brand)
  • 150g chocolate-coated peanuts, chopped
  • 3 bananas, thinly sliced chocolate-coated wafer biscuits, to serve
Instructions:
  • Microwave the topping in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl or jug on high for 30 to 40 seconds until hot. Stir until smooth.
  • Evenly distribute half of the topping among four 400ml-capacity glasses and gently swirl to coat the bases.
  • Place a generous scoop of creamy and rich ice cream on each serving. Set aside a small amount of peanuts for later. Decoratively place succulent banana slices and the rest of the crunchy peanuts atop the velvety ice cream.
  • Drizzle the remaining topping over the dish and sprinkle with the reserved peanuts. Serve alongside some biscuits.
