Indulgent dessert nachos: Chocolate-spiced tortillas topped with luscious peanut butter and caramel, a fiesta favorite for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup caramel dip
  • 0.5 cup chocolate syrup
  • 0.5 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), or more as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and allspice in a bowl.
  • Brush both sides of flour tortillas with decadent melted butter, then gently slice them into quarters. Sprinkle a luscious sugar mixture on one side of the tortillas. Place the delectable tortilla pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven until beautifully golden and crispy, about 12-16 minutes.
  • Lay out the crispy tortilla pieces on a platter, then generously drizzle with creamy peanut butter, decadent caramel dip, and rich chocolate syrup. Finish with a dollop of fluffy whipped topping.
