Ingredients:
  • 500g bought chocolate block cake
  • 250.00 ml toffee sauce
  • 4.80 gm sea salt flakes
  • 12 scoops honey macadamia ice-cream
Instructions:
  • Slice the cake into 12 pieces and elegantly display them on individual serving plates.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the sauce over high heat until it begins to simmer, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the salt.
  • Spoon a generous scoop of ice-cream onto each cake and finish with a decadent drizzle of hot sauce. Enjoy promptly.
