Elevate banana bread with cocoa in Betty Crocker mix, bake in muffin cups for individual-sized chocolaty treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (12.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ Banana Nut Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed. Fill each muffin cup with the batter evenly.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and when the tops spring back lightly touched. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan onto a cooling rack. Serve warm.
