Deliciously easy creamy pie with layers of chocolate, banana, vanilla pudding, and coconut.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust, baked and cooled
  • 2 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 1.5 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons flaked coconut, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate with 1 tablespoon of milk and butter. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate mixture into the pie crust evenly.
  • Layer the banana slices neatly on top of the rich, indulgent chocolate.
  • In a large bowl, gently pour in 1 1/2 cups of milk. Add pudding mix and whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of coconut and spread the mixture over the banana slices in the crust.
  • Cover the pie with a generous layer of whipped topping, then sprinkle with golden toasted coconut. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until fully set. Keep stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
