Chocolate-dusted banana cream pudding tarts with surprise banana slices - perfect for parties!
Ingredients:
  • 30 (1 inch) unbaked tart shells
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package banana cream pudding mix
  • 30 slices banana
  • 1 (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then place the tart shells on a baking sheet with a rim.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, typically 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Combine milk and pudding mix in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit, stirring twice, until tart shells are fully cooled; pudding will thicken as it cools.
  • Place a slice of banana in each cooled tart shell, spoon the cooled pudding over the bananas, ensuring they are fully covered, then grate a chocolate square over the top for a decorative finish.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
