Marble Bundt® cake with white and chocolate chips for irresistible layers of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.66666668653488 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and give a luxurious coat of grease and flour to a 12-cup fluted tube pan like the elegant Bundt®.
  • Cream together sugar and margarine in a large bowl using an electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating briefly after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture to the batter in four parts, making sure to beat well after each addition.
  • Transfer 2 1/2 cups of batter to a small bowl, then mix in cocoa powder until a rich dark hue is achieved. Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Fold rich, decadent dark chocolate chips into the fluffy light-colored batter. Alternate layering the two tantalizing batters in the greased Bundt® pan, beginning with the light-colored batter.
  • Bake until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to loosen. Carefully invert onto a serving plate or cooling rack.
