Indulgent chocolate chip Bundt cake with a shortcut twist - a showstopper for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 0.125 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  • Combine cake mix, sugar, and instant pudding in a large bowl. Add beaten eggs, sour cream, water, and oil; mix until smooth. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Transfer the mixture to the greased Bundt pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Sprinkle the cooled cake with a dusting of confectioners' sugar before slicing and serving.
