Blend fresh clementines, apples, whole wheat flour, and chocolate chips for a deliciously wholesome Bundt® cake.
Ingredients:
  • 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 1 medium apples - peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) by greasing and flouring it.
  • Blend clementines and apple until smooth. Transfer to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer. Combine with sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add whole wheat and all-purpose flours, baking soda, and salt. Blend, then fold in chocolate chips. Pour into the cake pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for about 1 hour.
