S'mores with a twist: chocolate chip cookies and PEEPS® chicks for a fun and delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 12 PEEPS® brand patriotic vanilla crème flavored chicks
  • 3 bars (1.55 oz each) milk chocolate, broken into fourths
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix the cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl. Shape the dough into 24 balls, then coat them in crushed graham crackers. Place them 2 inches apart on cookie sheets and bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow the cookies to cool for an additional 15 minutes before enjoying.
  • Arrange 12 cookies upside down on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Add one PEEPS® chick on top of each cookie. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes until the chick is warm and softened.
  • Place a quarter of a chocolate bar on top of one cookie, then place another cookie on top. Let it sit for 30 seconds to allow the chocolate to melt slightly, then serve.
