Indulgent dried figs in dark, milk, and white chocolate make a decadent dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 24 dried figs
  • 50g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 50g milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 50g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tsp Grand Marnier liqueur
Instructions:
  • Create a double boiler by setting up a heatproof bowl over simmering water (avoiding direct contact). Melt the dark chocolate first, stirring occasionally with a metal spoon until smooth. Follow the same process with the milk and white chocolate in separate bowls.
  • Blend 1 teaspoon of Grand Marnier into each bowl of melted chocolate.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Using a fork, coat each of the 1 fig in dark chocolate and place on the tray. Continue this process with the rest of the figs and the dark, white, and milk chocolate varieties. Allow them to set for 30 minutes.
