Coconut, pecans, and condensed milk on a graham cracker crust with chocolate and peanut butter - a heavenly homemade candy bar.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 ounce) chocolate candy bar, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, blend graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press mixture into prepared baking dish to create crust. In another bowl, combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and pecans until well blended. Spread coconut mixture over the cracker crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until firm. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Gently melt the chocolate bar and peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth, for about 2 minutes. Evenly spread the chocolate mixture over the cooled coconut bars. Let it set for about 15 minutes. Cut into bars before serving.
