Chocolate condensed milk buttercream icing

Make delicious silky chocolate frosting with just sweetened condensed milk. Perfect for any chocolate dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 500g salted butter, chopped and softened
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g block 70% dark chocolate, melted, cooled
Instructions:
  • Beat butter in a bowl with electric beaters for 6 minutes until pale and creamy, scraping down the sides with a spatula as needed. With beaters on low, slowly add condensed milk. Increase speed to high and beat for 2 minutes until well combined.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl and beat with electric beaters for 2 minutes until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a Loyal 190 drop flower nozzle, and pipe as desired.
