Indulgent chocolate sin pie layers creamy chocolate pudding, cream cheese, and whipped topping on a nutty crust.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.75 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the crust by combining flour, pecans, and melted butter in a bowl. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake until the crust is golden and crisp in a preheated oven, approximately 15 minutes. Refrigerate until completely cooled.
  • Prepare the first layer by combining cream cheese, whipped topping, and confectioners' sugar in a bowl until velvety smooth. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust and set it aside.
  • To create the second layer, whisk milk and instant pudding until slightly thickened, approximately 2 minutes. Allow the pudding to set for about 5 minutes. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top the pudding layer with luscious whipped topping and chill for 24 hours to let the flavors meld and the pie set perfectly.
