Indulge in decadent dark chocolate Easter eggs with a crunchy chocolate sprinkle coating.
Ingredients:
  • 200g good-quality dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 100ml thickened cream
  • 10 Chocolate Ripple biscuits
  • 70g (1/4 cup) chocolate sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Melt the chocolate and cream together in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, making sure that the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until firm, about 1 hour.
  • Pulse biscuits in a food processor until finely chopped. Mix them into the chocolate mixture until well combined. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours until set.
  • Prepare a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Spread chocolate sprinkles on a plate. Shape 2 teaspoonfuls of the mixture into an egg shape and coat in chocolate sprinkles. Transfer to the prepared tray. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Chill in the fridge before serving.
