Ingredients:
  • 1 x 250g good-quality milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream
  • 4 fresh figs, cut in half
  • 8 large fresh strawberries
  • 125g (3/4 cup) whole macadamia nuts
Instructions:
  • In a fondue set bowl, combine the chocolate and cream. Melt and stir the mixture over a low flame until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle the chocolate fondue over the figs, strawberries, and macadamia nuts.
