Decadent chocolate and buttery biscuit layers create an irresistible family favorite dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 300.00 gm pure icing sugar, sifted
  • 42.90 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 250g packet Malt 'O' Milk biscuits
Instructions:
  • In an electric mixer, blend butter, sugar, cocoa, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  • Place 6 biscuits in a row on a rectangular platter. Generously spread 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mixture over the biscuits. Add another layer of biscuits on top. Repeat layering process, ending with a final layer of biscuits to create 5 layers in total.
  • Coat the biscuit log generously with the remaining cocoa mixture and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Take the log out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving to make slicing easier. Use a warm knife to slice and serve.
