Ingredients:
  • 450.63 gm milk
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 1.00 gm baking powder
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 40.00 ml drinking chocolate powder
  • 125.00 ml dark cooking chocolate
  • 82.50 ml chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Gently melt butter and chocolate together over a double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat, stir well, and let it cool.
  • Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla, whisk until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift flour and baking powder, then add sugar. Create a well in the dry mixture and pour in the milk mixture. Gently combine, then fold in chocolate mixture and chocolate chips.
  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan over low-medium heat. Grease with butter and drop small portions of batter to create pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip. Keep pancakes warm by covering with foil on a plate. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Present the dish.
