Easy chocolate pudding pie with pre-made crust, pudding mix, and whipped topping. Chill for an hour before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • waxed paper
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.25 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, blend milk and pudding mix until smooth. Cover the pudding with waxed paper and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the creamy pudding into the pie shell and chill until firm, for at least 1 hour.
  • Just before serving, add a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate shavings for a delicious finishing touch.
