Chocolate pretzel wheels

Create a yummy snack by layering pretzels and marshmallows, then dipping in chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 6 marshmallows
  • 36 pretzels
  • 100g milk chocolate
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut 6 marshmallows into thirds, then place the pieces on top of 18 pretzels. Bake for 3 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed but not browned. Top each marshmallow with another pretzel and allow them to cool completely.
  • Melt 100g milk chocolate and dip each pretzel wheel halfway into the chocolate. Place on a lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes until set. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
