Indulge in a delightful Bisquick dessert that combines breakfast and sweetness effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pretzel sticks, coarsely crushed
  • Caramel topping (from a jar)
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Combine Bisquick mix, 1 cup milk, and eggs in a bowl until just blended. Heat griddle over medium-high heat and brush with oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and sprinkle with crushed pretzels. Cook until bubbly and edges are dry, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Place white chocolate chips in a small heatproof bowl. Heat 1/3 cup of milk in a small saucepan until just boiling, then pour it over the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is melted, then mix in the vanilla.
  • When ready to enjoy, generously sprinkle the pancakes with the remaining crushed pretzels and drizzle them with caramel topping and white chocolate sauce.
