Transformed classic Christmas slice into festive tree shapes with white chocolate-covered pretzel toppings for a delightful sweet and salty gift.
Ingredients:
  • 450g white chocolate
  • 85g (2 1/2 cups) rice bubbles
  • 75g (1/2 cup) dried cranberries, chopped
  • 55g (1 cup) coconut flakes
  • 35g (1/4 cup) chopped pecans, toasted
  • 16 small star pretzels
  • 40.00 ml white sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Cut eight 30cm squares of baking paper. Then, transform each square into a cone shape by folding it in half diagonally and securing it with a staple.
  • Place 360g of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring with a metal spoon until fully melted and smooth, about 1 1/2 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes before using.
  • Combine the rice bubbles, cranberries, coconut, and pecans with the melted chocolate, stirring until fully mixed. Spoon the mixture into cones, gently pressing it down. Stand the cones upright in a large bowl or glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  • Next, put the remaining 90g of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High, stirring with a metal spoon every 30 seconds, for 1 1/2 minutes until melted. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • 1. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Dip each pretzel into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then transfer to the tray. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set. 4. If needed, reheat the remaining chocolate and repeat the dipping process for each pretzel. 5. Place back on the tray and generously sprinkle with white sprinkles. 6. Chill again for 15 minutes until chocolate is fully set.
  • Peel off the paper from the cones and place them on a tray. Dip the back of a pretzel in the leftover melted chocolate and attach it to the top of a cone, pressing for 20 seconds or until it sticks. Repeat with the rest of the pretzels. Stand the cones up and serve.
