Indulgent pudding cake topped with creamy whipped cream. Add a twist with mint chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.66000002622604 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.66000002622604 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups hot water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine flour, white sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder, and salt in an 8x8-inch square pan. Mix in milk and oil until well combined. Sprinkle brown sugar, remaining cocoa, and chocolate chips on top. Stir vanilla into hot water, then pour over the mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is dry. Enjoy warm with a spoon or at room temperature.
