Incredibly delicious, irresistibly moist and chewy cookies that are simply impossible to resist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package low calorie chocolate cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and lightly grease your cookie sheets.
  • Combine dark and light chocolate cake mix in a medium bowl. Mix in the eggs and oil until well combined. Shape the dough into 2-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Gently press down on each ball with a spoon to flatten slightly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until firm. Allow to cool on the baking sheet briefly before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
  • Combine smooth cream cheese and confectioner's sugar to create a luscious filling. Sandwich between two cookies once they have cooled.
