Mint chocolate chunks scattered within creamy white fudge.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4.67 ounce) package creme de menthe and chocolate thin mints, unwrapped and finely chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 cups white baking chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 8 x 8-inch baking pan by lining it with foil, ensuring that the foil extends over the edges of the pan. Evenly scatter 1/3 cup of thin mints in the pan. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, white baking chips, butter, and salt. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until the mixture is melted and smooth when stirred.
  • Spread half of the delicious fudge mixture in the pan. Add 1/3 cup of irresistible thin mints. Layer with the rest of the fudge mixture. Sprinkle the remaining thin mints on top evenly. Use a knife tip to create a beautiful swirl. Refrigerate for 1 hour until perfectly set.
  • Lift the edges of the foil to easily release the fudge from the pan, then discard the foil and slice the fudge into small squares.
