Indulgent chocolate fudge with walnuts featuring gooey marshmallows and rich chocolate chips, infused with creamy evaporated milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 5 ounces evaporated milk
  • 10 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with butter.
  • Combine butter, chocolate chips, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat sugar, milk, and marshmallows in a saucepan until boiling, then simmer on low for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the fluffy marshmallow mixture over the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Beat until thickened and glossy sheen disappears. Swiftly fold in nuts and transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours until it sets firmly.
