White chocolate fudge swirled with cranberries, walnuts, and nutmeg for a festive treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons rum flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg, or to taste
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
Instructions:
  • Butter the 9-inch square pan with a touch of butter.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 1/3 cup butter. Microwave until white chocolate begins to melt, approximately 3 minutes. Stir until smooth. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until chocolate is fully melted.
  • Combine the rum flavoring, vanilla extract, and nutmeg into the white chocolate mixture. Gently mix in the cranberries and walnut pieces. Spread the fudge evenly into a buttered baking pan.
  • Allow the fudge to cool and set for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
