Indulgent chocolate zucchini cake with a perfect balance of sweetness, topped with decadent chocolate frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups grated zucchini
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix in oil and eggs until just combined. Gently fold in zucchini and walnuts until evenly distributed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for 50-60 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely before applying your preferred frosting.
