Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Strawberry Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 24 fresh small whole strawberries

  • Place the chocolate chips in a medium heatproof bowl. In a 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave the whipping cream uncovered on High for 1 minute or until hot. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  • 1. Reserve 1 cup of the chocolate mixture for dipping strawberries later. Cover cupcakes with the rest of the chocolate mixture. Dip strawberries one by one halfway into the reserved chocolate. Top each cupcake with a dipped strawberry for garnish.
