Elevate your dessert spread with indulgent chocolate-dipped strawberries.
Ingredients:
  • 100g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g good-quality milk chocolate, chopped
  • 100g good-quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 500g strawberries, washed, dried
Instructions:
  • Start by melting the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl placed over simmering water, ensuring the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir occasionally until melted. Transfer to a serving bowl. Repeat the process for milk chocolate and white chocolate, then transfer each to their own serving bowls.
  • Arrange the luscious chocolate and vibrant strawberries on a platter and serve promptly.
