Ingredients:
  • 200 g radishes
  • 2 little gem lettuces
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • ½ a cucumber
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons Bombay mix
Instructions:
  • Prepare the radishes, lettuces, mint leaves, and cucumber on a large serving board. Drizzle with orange juice, season to taste, and adjust as needed. Transfer the mixture to a platter and crush the Bombay mix before sprinkling it on top. Serve and enjoy!
