Indulge in a festive Christmas rocky road slab with Oreos, marshmallows, and Cherry Ripe - perfect for sharing with loved ones!
Ingredients:
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 100g mini oreo cookies, halved
  • 100g raspberry jellies, chopped
  • 50g pink and white marshmallows, halved
  • 40g cherry ripe bars, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Place white and milk chocolates in heatproof bowls. Melt each separately over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Drizzle in a marbled pattern over the lined tray.
  • Top the rich chocolate with a blend of cookies, jellies, marshmallows, and cherry ripe. Allow to rest for 1 hour until firm. Break into distinctive pieces before serving.
