Enjoy these delicious berry and apple muesli biscuits for a perfect snack!
Ingredients:
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 135.00 gm brown sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 250.00 ml plain flour, sifted
  • 3.75 gm ground ginger
  • 130.00 gm buttermilk
  • 500.00 ml Berry & Apple Bircher Muesli
  • 1 small green apple, core removed, finely diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line 2 to 3 baking trays with baking paper. In a bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy and light.
  • Combine flour, ginger, and buttermilk using a large metal spoon until fully mixed. Gently fold in muesli and apple until just combined.
  • Spoon dollops of batter onto baking sheets, leaving space for expansion. Gently press down with your fingers. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Let cool on a rack for 5 minutes before serving.
