Irresistible chocolate, raisin, and nut cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 185g butter, softened
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 500.00 ml Cake, Biscuit and Pastry plain flour
  • 95.00 gm NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Dark CHOC BITS
  • 125.00 ml raisins, chopped
  • 125.00 ml chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 180°C/160°C fan-forced and prepare 3 baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • With an electric mixer, whip together butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg until well incorporated. Gradually sift flour over the butter mixture, then fold in chocolate, raisins, and pecans using a wooden spoon until combined.
  • Take a generous tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into balls, then place them on trays and gently flatten them.
  • Bake until light golden, about 15-20 minutes. Cool on trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
