Ingredients:
  • 1 (2.2 pound) wheel Brie cheese
  • 2 teaspoons ground curry powder
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar mango chutney
  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Coat the Brie with curry powder, ensuring to rub it into the rind for full coverage. Transfer the Brie to a pie plate or oven-proof dish. Top with a layer of chutney and sprinkle evenly with cashews.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven until cashews are lightly golden and the cheese inside the rind has melted. Enjoy with slices of baguette.
