Balance chutney sweetness with savory onion soup for an easy and flavorful chicken bake.
Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar hot chutney
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine chutney and dry soup mix in a medium bowl, then mix well. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the chutney mixture over it.
  • Bake until chutney sauce is golden brown and crunchy in a preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
