Transform ice cream with broiled "frying" in minutes for an authentic twist!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal, crushed
  • 6 scoops (1/2 cup each) vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
  • Spread the cereal evenly in a shallow pan.
  • Roll each scoop of ice cream in cereal, ensuring they are fully coated. Arrange them in a jelly roll pan without greasing it. Cover the pan and freeze for approximately 2 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
  • Preheat oven to broil setting.
  • Uncover the pan and broil the scoops with their tops 6 inches from the heat for about 30 seconds, or until the coating turns a light brown color.
