Ingredients:
  • 150g rolled oats
  • 750ml milk
  • 3 small just-ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • Sliced banana, extra, to serve
  • Honey, to serve
  • Milk, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, bring together oats, milk, banana, and cinnamon. Boil, then lower the heat and simmer while stirring for 5-7 minutes until the oats are tender.
  • Transfer the mixture into individual serving bowls. Garnish with additional banana slices and a generous drizzle of honey. Pair with a side of milk for serving.
